Not all applications need to be all singing and dancing. In fact many applications struggle because they try to do too much. Camera Recorder keeps it simple. There are some basic functions, such as trimming, rotating, and flipping your recorded video. And you can set it to record on timer or record multiple camera's at the same time. But beyond that this quite simply an app for recording your camera feed. It supports a number of popular video formats, such as MP4, MOV, AVI, WPG, and more. The interface is clear and easy to use, and you can customise the font of the optional time stamp.
Some Niggling Problems
Camera Recorder is a good app that does the job it sets out to. There are a few issues, such as the bitrate being set unnecessarily high by default, and video exporting failing a significant proportion of times. For a paid app, it would be nice to have some more features.
